EDIT:  My film just got a Daily Deviation!! First one ever :D Thank you to ~Iahdo for suggesting it!

So I've decided to make my graduation film public because I've gotten a little frustrated trying to get it into festivals and I originally wanted to show it online as soon as I finished it.

I Plan On Majoring In Graphic Design, Not For Art Like In Galleries But Something Else I Just Dont Know What Exactly Yet lol
But Anywho, With The Kind Of Work You Do, I Was Just Wondering If You Have Any Pointers For Me On Anything (I Know Its Not In Your List Of Things You Do But Just Wondering). I Havnt Taken Any Classes For It Yet Cause Im Getting My Associates Right Now.

I think it will depend on what type of artistic career you will want to do eventually. Right now I'm working towards being a concept artist and there are many helpful videos and tutorials out there on places like youtube and conceptart.org.

But the important thing for any artist (even if you don't go to school for art) is to practice the fundamental's of art:
Line
Shape and Form
Value
Space
Color
Texture

And from there you can study anatomy and perspective, etc.... and apply them to what type of art you want to do. Just keep working at it everyday. Hope that helps.

Yea I Take A Basic Design Class Now This Sem And We Are Learning Shape Line And All That And Thanks I'll Keep That In Mind
I Know There Are Different Feilds In The Major Like Web Design And Typography And Others I Just Gotta Figure Out What hahah
